We are offering a beautiful 137 m² studio in the heart of Wedding, Mitte, perfect for rehearsals, creative projects, and content creation. Studio Features: ● Two separate rooms – one open space (approx. 65 m²) and one studio space (approx. 16 m²) with a retractable green screen, ideal for social media recordings and video content. ● Additional amenities: Storage room (available for use), kitchen, disabled toilet & access, two additional toilets, 2x electric keyboards and a sound system. ● Versatile usage – can be rented for anything within the realms of your creativity. ● Fully soundproof – no noise restrictions, making it perfect for music, theatre, and dance rehearsals.
Cancellation Policy
Booking: You may book online 180 days in advance and latest 24 hours before a booking, if you want to book something further in advance or shorter notice than this, you can do so by emailing us or in urgent cases, calling us on 01522 383 0845. Cancellation: Singular bookings can be cancelled for no fee, when done so 7 days in advance (to the hour). Cancellations that happen between 7 and 3 days before the booking cost 50%. Cancellations less than 3 days before the booking cost 100%.
