Lauren Stephens is an LCM-certified musical theatre coach with a wealth of teaching and leadership experience. Having performed from a young age and trained extensively in the UK, Lauren brings a deep, lifelong passion for the stage to every class. In 2019, she founded MTS Berlin, building a vibrant community hub for theatrical production, creative learning, and performance.

With her versatile background as a producer, musical director, and coach, Lauren loves guiding young performers (ages 12–16) as they discover their voice, build genuine stage confidence, and develop their artistic talents in a fun, supportive, and collaborative environment.

Lydia Tuck is a passionate musical theatre and dance teacher, certified through the Scottish Dance Teachers’ Alliance. Her professional journey has taken her from performing with Carnival Cruise Line Entertainment to sharing her love for the arts in studios across Berlin. She’s also worked with Interact English, using the joy of music and movement to help children build confidence and improve their English skills. Today, Lydia runs Berlin Performing Arts, a vibrant school she founded to bring the magic of musical theatre to children aged 5 to 12 in a fun, nurturing environment.

Oliver Wunderlich is a musical director, pianist, vocal coach, workshop leader and conductor who has spent many years bringing people together through music, before and since he completed his studies in conducting at the Hanns Eisler School of Music Berlin. From musical theatre and opera to choirs and youth ensembles, he enjoys helping performers unlock their full potential while fostering a rehearsal atmosphere that is both ambitious and welcoming.

Whether working on vocal technique, musical interpretation, or ensemble performance, Oliver encourages students to take creative risks, support one another, and discover the confidence to tell stories through song. He believes that a great rehearsal is one where every performer leaves singing a little freer, listening a little closer, and believing a little more in what they are capable of.
