Musical Theatre Dance Class

MT Choreography Lab is a bi-weekly musical theatre choreography class led by Julia, exploring a wide range of dance styles within the musical theatre world.

Styles rotate every two to three classes, allowing dancers to work on different sections of the same song and build familiarity with the technical and stylistic demands of each genre over a short period of time. Participants can expect everything from Broadway jazz to contemporary, commercial, Latin-inspired movement, and heels. The style or theme of each class will be announced on Instagram ahead of time.

Each class consists of a structured warm-up, technical exercises tailored to the style of the day, and the learning of an original choreography set to musical theatre–inspired music.
