Cancellation Policy

Booking: You may book online 180 days in advance and latest 24 hours before a booking, if you want to book something further in advance or shorter notice than this, you can do so by emailing us or in urgent cases, calling us on 01522 383 0845. Cancellation: Singular bookings can be cancelled for no fee, when done so 7 days in advance (to the hour). Cancellations that happen between 7 and 3 days before the booking cost 50%. Cancellations less than 3 days before the booking cost 100%.
